How do I place an order?
To order a custom design, just fill out our online form with your design request, how many copies you want, and your contact details. We’ll email you an invoice and start working once your deposit is received.
How long does it take to complete my order?
Designs are typically ready within a few business days after your deposit is confirmed. Printing and delivery time depends on the request.
What delivery options are available?
We offer delivery to the following areas:
Half-Way-Tree – $500
Liguanea – $700
Knutsford – $700
New Kingston – $900
Orders over $10,000 qualify for free delivery.
Do you provide support after a project is completed
Absolutely We are available to provide ongoing support updates and further design services to ensure your brand continues to thrive
What is your payment policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Payments can be made via Scotiabank transfer or PayPal.
What Files Can I Upload?
You can upload JPG, PNG, PDF, or ZIP files. If you’re sending multiple photos, we recommend compressing them into a single ZIP file before uploading.
